Our most popular set. The set is designed to work on all the Chakra points through the use of vibrational stones that are heated or chilled to work on the physical aspects of the Chakra’s.
For example if we want to work on the base Chakra then we use the red jasper or black Jade heated to work on the legs, feet and lower back.
The Sacral Stone Carnelian we work through the lower back and the muscles that connect through to the core muscles. The Solar plexus we work with yellow aventurine to release the diaphragm area.
Heart Chakra stones we use rose quartz and green fuchsite to work the lung area and to remove tightness inbetween the shoulder blades.
Throat chakra we use sodalite and blue ice crystal to release tight neck muscles. The lepidolite stone acts as a great enhancement to the 3rd eye chakra by using it to relax the scalp muscles.
The Clear Quartz is beneficial to the the crown chakra. We can use this stone anywhere on the body to get the full benefit of clearing and balancing the Crown Chakra.
